Where are lessons held?
In-person lessons are taught at the student's home. There is no tuition centre to travel to.
How do online lessons work?
Over Zoom, with an iPad used for handwritten working so the student can see every step as it is written. The format is the same as an in-person lesson; only the room changes.
What happens if a lesson is missed?
It is not made up, refunded or carried forward. Each lesson is prepared for the specific student, so another slot is not a substitute for the one that was missed.
How is payment made?
By PayNow, after the lesson slot has been confirmed on WhatsApp. There is no online checkout and no card on file.
